This position is on the role of Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd. for India’s largest PSU/Navaratna Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (City Gas Distribution business).
Position: Junior Executive (Material Management)
Qualifications:
Full time Bachelor Engg. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Inst. / Material Science or Full time MBA Degree in Material Management, Supply Chain Management with minimum 60% marks from a recognized AICTE approved Indian University/ Institute or any recognized institutes. Diploma in Material Management after degree will be given preference.
Required Working Experience :
Exp :- 0-3 Years (CGD industries / hydro carbon industries )
Skill Set Required:
- Good exposure of Microsoft office
- Have good communication skills
- Language capabilities in English, Hindi & preferably local language
- Willingness to take on sustained Site Work, Ethics & Moral values
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Store / Material management with SAP to ensure operational efficiency
2. Take delivery of material for CGD project
3. Check for damaged or missing items Or any other job assigned from time to time
4. Load material for dispatch
5. Input data regarding stock and inventory into a computerized system SAP or Excel whichever as per guidance of GA in charge
6. Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
7. Plan for inventory as per GA in charge instruction
8. STO/GRN/FTS/SAP/Processing of bills
9. Or any other job assigned from time to time
