Role Objective
We are looking for a results-oriented Data Engineer to join our team Data Office Team. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the data pipelines
for use cases. The focus is on moving away from manual data silos to a unified, automated ecosystem that enables faster decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
 Pipeline Architecture: Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate fragmented data sources into a unified intelligence hub.
 Data Transformation: Develop complex data transformation logic to ensure high- integrity datasets for advanced analytics and strategic reporting.
 Automation: Transition manual data-gathering processes into automated, high- frequency "data pulses" to reduce lead times for executive reviews.
 Root-Cause Integrity: Implement data quality checks and governance protocols to ensure the accuracy required for proactive root-cause prevention and customer satisfaction tracking.
 Collaborative Execution: Work closely with the Analytics and Strategy teams to translate business requirements into technical data structures with full autonomy.

Required Technical Skills
 Languages: Strong proficiency in SQL & Python.
 ETL Technologies: SSIS, Informatica Power Center
 Big Data & Cloud: Experience with AWS cloud platform – AWS Glue,Athena,Redshift, Amazon EventBridge, AWS CLI, IAM
 Orchestration: Hands-on experience with workflow tools like Apache Airflow.
 Data Modelling: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL,ELT, Data Lake concepts, CDC, schema design (Star/Snowflake), and data lakehousearchitectures.
 Visualization Support: Familiarity with preparing data layers for BI tools preferably Tableau /Power BI.
