1. Sales Target Achievement & Performance
- Drive sales volume and market share in line with the business plan.
- Ensure high productivity and efficiency of Sales Executives.
- Set clear targets and consistently achieve team sales goals to ensure business growth.
2. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing activities to generate enquiries and increase sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Strengthen brand recognition and reputation through effective promotional initiatives.
3. Team Management
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Team Leaders (TLs) and Direct Sales Executives (DSEs).
- Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and key deliverables.
- Build a high-performance, motivated sales team.
4. Performance Monitoring & Improvement
- Regularly track and evaluate team and individual performance.
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and results.
5. Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and execute structured sales strategies based on market insights.
- Define objectives, identify target customers, and implement revenue-driving tactics.
6. Market Analysis & Insights
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
