Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Filed Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our various Clients. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent through social media, references, ITI institutes, Diploma colleges, Polytechnic institutes, and Engineering colleges. The role also includes coordinating campus drives, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with colleges and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, consultants, and campus hiring.
- Conduct recruitment drives in ITI institutes, Diploma colleges, Polytechnic institutes, and Engineering colleges.
- Coordinate with placement officers and training institutes for bulk hiring and campus recruitment.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to source candidates through multiple channels.
- Knowledge of job portals and social media hiring.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work under hiring targets and deadlines.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in HR or related field preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in campus hiring and bulk hiring preferred.
- Candidates having college/institute coordination experience will be an advantage.
