Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to manage recruitment and overall HR lifecycle activities within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end hiring, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management, HR operations, and coordination with departments to ensure smooth HR processes. The role also includes managing campus hiring activities through ITI institutes, Diploma colleges, Polytechnic institutes, and Engineering colleges.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, consultants, ITI institutes, Diploma colleges, Polytechnic institutes, and Engineering colleges.
- Coordinate campus drives, walk-in interviews, and bulk hiring activities.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, placement cells, and external hiring partners.
HR Lifecycle Management
- Handle complete employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, induction, and orientation programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee records.
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts/payroll teams.
- Handle employee engagement activities and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and HR policy-related concerns.
- Conduct performance review coordination and employee feedback processes.
- Manage confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation processes.
- Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed within the organization.
Team Coordination & Administration
- Supervise HR and recruitment activities on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Maintain HR MIS reports, recruitment data, and employee records.
- Support management in implementing HR strategies and process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR lifecycle management.
- Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and employee coordination.
- Knowledge of HR operations, attendance, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in HR or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
