About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive – Generalist to manage day-to
day HR operations and support employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on
experience in HR operations, employee engagement, compliance coordination, payroll support, and stakeholder
management.
The role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate
environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers,
promotions, and exit formalities.
2. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave
management, and HRMS data.
3. Coordinate payroll inputs and employee-related data with payroll and finance teams within defined
timelines.
4. Support implementation and adherence to HR policies, processes, and organizational guidelines.
5. Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution on HR operational matters.
6. Drive employee engagement initiatives, communication activities, and culture-building programs.
7. Assist in performance management processes including review coordination, documentation, and
follow-up.
8. Prepare and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.
9. Coordinate statutory compliance documentation and support internal/external audits as required.
10. Collaborate with business stakeholders and department heads for smooth execution of HR initiatives
and operational requirements.
11. Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation and standardization of HR
practices.
12. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information and organizational data at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification with 3–4 years of experience in HR Generalist role.
2. Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and reporting and has ability to multitask and work independently.
