About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Freelancer Recruiters to support bulk hiring across India. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, lining up interviews, and ensuring successful candidate joining.

This is a performance-based freelance opportunity suitable for:

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local networks
• Conduct first-level telephonic screening
• Explain job roles, salary, location, and company details to candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Follow up with candidates until joining
• Maintain daily recruitment tracker and updates
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and operations team
• Ensure quality hiring and genuine candidate submissions

Job Requirements

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi / English
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and calling process
• Smartphone/Laptop with internet connection
• Ability to work independently from home

Compensation & Incentives

Payout Structure

• ₹750 to ₹2000 per successful joining
• Incentive depends on job category and position

Average Earnings

• 20-25 successful joinings per month
• Expected monthly earning: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000+
• High performers can earn more
