Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead training operations, design impactful learning programs, and ensure effective delivery of employability and professional development training. The candidate should have hands-on experience in training content creation, trainer coordination, and conducting engaging training sessions.

Training Program Design
Design, develop, and implement structured training programs aligned with organizational and employability goals.
Training Delivery
Conduct hands-on training sessions on soft skills, communication, workplace readiness, and professional development.
Content Creation
Create training modules, PPTs, assessments, Curriculums, activities, MCQs, and engagement-based learning content
Team Coordination
Coordinate with trainers, operations teams, and stakeholders for smooth training execution and reporting.
Trainer Management
Monitor trainer performance, session quality, attendance, and training effectiveness.
Assessment & Evaluation
Conduct assessments, mock interviews, feedback sessions, and learning outcome evaluations.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain training MIS, attendance records, performance reports, and batch progress updates.
Process Improvement
Continuously improve training methodologies, activities, and learner engagement strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong training delivery and facilitation skills
- Hands-on experience in training content development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team handling and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of employability skills and workplace readiness training
- Good command over MS Office, PPT, Excel, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple batches and training schedules
Qualification
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Certification in Training, Learning & Development, or Soft Skills will be preferred
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in training management, employability training, or L&D roles
- Experience in handling trainer teams and large-scale training programs preferred
