Job Tittle : Agile Project Manager
Qualification : B.E in CS Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience : 5 - 6 years
Location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management
• Build achievable delivery schedules
• Execute project deliveries with optimal quality, cost, and timelines
• Manage project budget and identify optimization opportunities
• Lead SteerCo meetings and Agile ceremonies
• Manage stakeholder communications effectively
• Monitor team capacity and proactively highlight risks or gaps
• Manage Board of Change (BOC) process
• Monitor and report Return on Investment (ROI)
Scrum Process Management:
• Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Monitor and report Agile squad performance KPIs
• Act as an Agile coach, especially for new team members
• Drive team building and collaboration
Key Competencies/skills:
• Strong hands-on experience in managing mid-to-large-scale digital projects
• Hands-on experience with PM tools such as JIRA, MS Project
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Excellent communication skills in English (must).
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment with strong leadership skills.
• Hands on experience in building nice and effective PowerPoint presentations.
• PMP certification will be appreciated.
