Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a contract Partner Enablement Content Manager to support our globalchannel ecosystem, working with stakeholders across regions to source, create, and manage
high-impact enablement content. This role ensures partners worldwide have access to relevant, high-quality pre and postsales commercial and technical materials, while supporting enablement
initiatives across sales, marketing, and product teams. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring strong editorial judgment, stakeholder coordination,
and project execution skills.
Content Sourcing &; Curation
- Source, evaluate, and curate commercial and technical enablement content for partner audiences
- Organize content based on partner journeys and ensure content relevance, accuracy, and consistency
- Own content governance standards for partnerfacing materials, including version control, review cycles, and archival processes
- Maintain a structured, searchable content library to support ease of discovery and consistent partner usage
Editorial Content Management &; Creation
- Apply strong editorial standards to improve clarity, consistency, and usability of existing materials
- Edit or create high-value partner-facing contents or media designed to facilitate partner
- discovery, understanding, adoption and engagement with Schneider Electric value
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into partner-ready messaging
- Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with enablement
- content governance and to plan, track, and deliver editorial contents
Channel Enablement Project Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of channel enablement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams including product, sales, marketing, and operations
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
- Measure and report on enablement outcomes (such as content adoption, readiness, and partner feedback), and use insights to inform ongoing content improvements and prioritization
Qualifications &; Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or
- equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, content marketing, product marketing in
- B2B technology, manufacturing, cloud or enterprise solutions
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), with excellent editorial writing skills and attention to detail for managing external & partner‑facing content
- Experience with light image editing, layout design, or visual storytelling; proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and PowerPoint is preferred
- Ability to balance commercial and technical content requirements
- Excellent stakeholder communication and organizational skills
Preferred - Experience working with partner ecosystems or indirect sales models
- Experience working in global, multicultural environments, with comfort operating across
- time zones and cultural difference
- Experience translating data, usage metrics, and qualitative feedback into concrete
- content improvements and recommendations
