About the Campaign : Cool the Planet is an environmental sustainability initiative by Vision India Talent Foundation. The campaign focuses on tree plantation, reducing plastic waste, and spreading awareness about eco-friendly practices to build greener communities.
Role: Campaign Intern : As an intern, you will support the planning, execution, and promotion of the Cool the Planet campaign. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to environmental change while gaining valuable experience in non-profit campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing tree plantation drives and eco-awareness events.
- Support community outreach by engaging schools, colleges, and local groups.
- Create and share digital content (social media posts, blogs, videos) to promote the campaign.
- Conduct research on sustainability practices and prepare reports.
- Help in volunteer coordination and event logistics.
- Track and document impact metrics (number of trees planted, participants engaged, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications
- Passion for environmental sustainability and social impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Students from environmental studies, social sciences, or management preferred, but open to all disciplines.
