The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, communication, and operational support to multiple senior leaders within Schneider Electric. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison across teams, ensuring effective coordination, streamlined communication, and smooth execution of leadership priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
• Manage day-to-day calendars for assigned leaders, coordinating schedules across internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, manage conference room bookings, and coordinate travel arrangements as required.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Respond to requests and inquiries related to the leaders’ areas of responsibility. Communication & Engagement
• Support internal communications on behalf of leadership through newsletters, internal portals, and email communications.
• Assist in developing communication kits and materials based on inputs from internal teams.
• Support internal change communications and help facilitate two-way feedback across teams.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to enable effective collaboration
and improve productivity.
Documentation & Reporting
• Assist with formatting, editing, and preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents.
• Collect data and updates from internal teams and compile structured communications
or reports for leadership.
• Maintain documentation, printing, and administrative records as needed. Operational & Event Support
• Coordinate logistics and prepare facilities for internal meetings and events at Schneider Electric offices or external venues.
• Manage administrative office activities and ensure smooth operational support
• Assist in preparing and tracking budgets, expense reports, and other financial documentation. Technology & Process Support
• Utilize digital tools and internal systems effectively and adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Support colleagues in using collaboration tools and communication channels effectively.

Experience
• experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role supporting senior leaders.
• Demonstrated experience managing executive calendars, communications, and cross-
functional coordination.
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other collaboration tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidentialinformation.
