Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven R2R Analyst to support General Ledger (GL) operations and month-end financial activities. The role involves managing end-to-end record-to-report processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
General Ledger & amp; Closing Activities
 Perform journal entries (manual & amp; automated) including accruals, deferrals, and
reclassifications
 Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close activities
 Maintain and monitor GL accounts and ensure data integrity
Balance Sheet Reconciliations
 Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations in line with company policies
 Investigate and resolve aged/unreconciled items in a timely manner
 Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards
HFM / Financial Reporting
 Support monthly HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) reporting and consolidation activities
 Validate financial data and ensure accurate submission within strict timelines
 Provide variance analysis and commentary for management reporting
Key Responsibilities & amp; Required Competencies
 Based on organizational requirements, the candidate should be capable of managing intercompany reconciliations, coordinating with global stakeholders for balance alignment, and resolving discrepancies. The role includes supporting audits, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls, contributing to process improvements, tracking KPIs, and providing insights for operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
 Experience in Record to Report / General Ledger accounting
 Strong understanding of accounting principles
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
 Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
 Hands-on experience in SAP and/or Oracle ERP
 Exposure to HFM / Hyperion / Blackline
 Experience working in shared services or global delivery models
