Job Description :
HR Process & Tools is a global functional expert responsible for resolving complex HR system and process issues and serving as the final escalation point for regional Level 2
teams. The role owns global governance of HR tools, ensuring standardization, compliance, and effective system usage across all regions.
Key responsibilities
Include providing Level 3 functional consulting, guiding and governing regional L2 teams, validating global configurations, and leading HR tool upgrades from a functional
perspective (impact analysis, testing, deployment support). The consultant monitors system usage, drives adoption and continuous improvement,
conducts periodic audits, and ensures 100% adherence to global standards and policies. The role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders such as HR and HRIT users, IT and technical teams, BPO partners, regional experts, and external vendors (e.g., Oracle, iCIMS). It also includes designing and delivering global and regional training sessions and
leading meetings to manage issues, implement changes, and improve collaboration.
Qualifications
include a Bachelor’s or Engineering degree (HR background preferred), 0–2 years of experience in a global or multinational environment, hands-on experience with HR tools, strong communication and analytical skills, a global mindset, and proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Visio).
