About the Role
Maruti Suzuki India Limited is inviting applications from dynamic and enthusiastic graduates for the Engineering Vertical under the Fixed Term Graduate Executive (FTGE) program. The selected candidates will contribute to various engineering functions supporting new model development, testing, coordination, quality control, and technical operations.
The Engineering Vertical plays a key role in Research & Development (R&D), vehicle systems, infotainment, telematics, ADAS, powertrain technologies, and component-level engineering support for domestic and export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and implement company SOPs and engineering processes
- Support vehicle and component-level software/hardware testing activities
- Assist in test execution, reporting, and quality control processes
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and data management systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for engineering and technical support
- Support logistics and lab equipment management activities
- Assist in graphical user interface support for infotainment, cluster, and head-up display systems
- Provide administrative and technical coordination support as required
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of engine systems, sensors, and actuators
- Knowledge of Physics and Mechanical fundamentals
- Familiarity with MS Office 365, presentations, and data visualization
- Basic understanding of Jira or similar project management tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc. or B.Com (Regular / Full-Time only)
- Graduation Year: 2026 pass-out only
- Minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA throughout academics (No rounding off allowed)
- All academic qualifications must be full-time regular courses
- Candidate must complete the course within the stipulated duration
- Age Limit: 18–25 years (as on date of application)
