Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Domain Trainer to deliver high-quality training under the PLTP Skill Project. The trainer will be responsible for conducting theoretical and practical sessions, ensuring skill development of candidates, and preparing them for assessments and employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver domain-specific training as per the approved curriculum and training plan.
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor trainee attendance, participation, and learning progress.
- Provide individual guidance and mentoring to trainees.
- Conduct mock assessments and prepare candidates for final evaluations.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and progress reports.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of training equipment and lab resources.
- Coordinate with Center Manager and project team for smooth training operations.
- Support trainee mobilization, counseling, and placement activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, quality standards, and reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Graduate/B.Tech in the relevant domain.
- Relevant certifications in the respective trade/domain will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of industry and/or training experience in the relevant domain.
- Experience in skill development projects, vocational training, or government-funded programs will be an advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation.
- Knowledge of assessment and competency-based training methodologies.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working with youth skill development initiatives.
- Familiarity with NSQF-based training programs and assessment processes.
- Ability to conduct both theoretical and hands-on practical training.
