We are looking for a proactive and energetic Additional Trainer cum Mobilizer to support training delivery and candidate mobilization activities under the PLTP Skill Project. The candidate will be responsible for mobilizing eligible candidates, conducting counseling sessions, assisting in training delivery, and ensuring trainee retention throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities

Mobilization & Outreach

• Conduct community outreach activities, awareness campaigns, and mobilization drives.
• Visit schools, colleges, villages, community centers, and local institutions to identify potential candidates.
• Counsel candidates and their families regarding training programs and career opportunities.
• Achieve monthly mobilization and enrollment targets.
• Maintain records of mobilized candidates and follow up for admissions.

Training Support

• Assist Domain Trainers in conducting classroom and practical training sessions.
• Support trainees in understanding course content and completing assignments.
• Monitor trainee attendance and participation.
• Conduct soft skills, employability skills, and orientation sessions as required.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to trainees throughout the training period.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain mobilization data, trainee records, attendance, and project documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Coordinate with the Center Manager and project team for smooth execution of project activities.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Diploma/Certification in Training, Education, Social Work, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in mobilization, counseling, training, skill development, education, or community outreach.
• Experience in government-funded skill development projects will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Willingness to travel locally for mobilization activities.
