Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Mobilizer for the PLTP Skill Project. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, counseling, and mobilizing eligible candidates for skill development training programs. The role requires extensive fieldwork, community engagement, and coordination with local stakeholders to achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits in villages, schools, colleges, communities, and other target areas for candidate mobilization.
- Organize awareness campaigns, counseling sessions, and promotional activities to attract eligible candidates.
- Counsel candidates and their parents/guardians regarding training programs, career opportunities, and placement prospects.
- Achieve monthly mobilization and enrollment targets as per project requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, community leaders, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of mobilized candidates and admission status.
- Coordinate with the Center Manager and training team for batch formation and candidate onboarding.
- Ensure candidate retention through regular follow-ups and counseling.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly mobilization reports.
- Support placement and post-training activities whenever required.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Higher qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in mobilization, counseling, admissions, field marketing, community outreach, or skill development projects.
- Experience in government-funded skill development programs will be preferred.
