Job Summary
We are seeking responsible and disciplined Male and Female Wardens to manage hostel operations and ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of trainees residing at the PLTP Skill Project hostel. The Warden will oversee daily hostel activities, maintain records, and provide support to trainees.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day hostel operations and ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Monitor trainee attendance, discipline, and overall well-being.
- Maintain hostel occupancy records, visitor logs, and attendance registers.
- Ensure adherence to hostel rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Address trainee concerns and provide necessary support and guidance.
- Coordinate with the Center Manager and training team regarding trainee issues.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Manage hostel assets and report maintenance requirements promptly.
- Handle emergency situations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Supervisor, Caretaker, or similar role.
- Experience in educational institutions, training centers, or residential facilities will be preferred.
