Key Responsibilities:

Management:

Shoop floor management
Manpower handling
Work allocation
Training and evaluation
Follow-up

Reports:

SIM report
Production report, OEE, MDR.
Daily check list
Monitoring of quality report

Production:

Material handling with safety
PLC & SCADA operation knowledge
Operate with in cycle time
Jigging & un-jigging monitoring
Output quality monitoring
Material tracking (In and out)
Follow check list
Proper communication to other shift supervisor

Note: Kannada and Hindi Languages are Mandatory
