Job Description:
Position: Telecaller
Experience: 1 Year experience required in Telecalling
Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive, confident, and target-driven approach.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Fluency in any additional regional language is an advantage (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Kannada/Gujarati/Bengali).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2C sales is mandatory.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in building rapport over the phone.
- Comfortable handling objections and closing deals.
