I. Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
The work model for the role is: Onsite
This role is contributing to the Motion Large Motors Division in Vadodara, Gujarat.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.
- Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
- Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.

B Tech BE in Electrical Engineering
III. Key Responsibilities
- 3 to 10 years of experience in Sales Support, backend sales etc.
- Exposure in handling rotating MV & HV machines, preferably HT Motors.
- Sound product knowledge of Large Motors and Generators.
- Good Communications & presentations skills.
- Excellent Negotiation skill.
