KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles, utilizing the JustJob platform for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Work with the client’s recruitment management software to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and applicant tracking.
- Source top talent through various channels such as JustJob, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Engage with candidates in different Indian and foreign languages (training will be provided).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide market insights.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities in compliance with client requirements using the JustJob platform.
QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment (0 to 1 years of experience).
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, networking, and relationship building.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are welcome to apply.
