About the Role :
Lead strategic partnerships and industry alliances for a government-powered skilling and employment initiative aimed at creating 2 crore jobs and onboarding 20,000 employers. As Regional Head – Partnerships &; Alliances, you will drive corporate collaborations, institutional tie-ups, and employer engagement to expand outreach and impact in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnerships & Alliances:
A. Forge and manage corporate, institutional, and industry partnerships.
B. Develop strategic alliances to increase employer participation and job creation.
2. Employer & Industry Engagement:
A. Onboard top employers and position the platform as the preferred hiring destination.
B. Organize industry networking events and engagement programs.
3. Regional Expansion & Outreach:
A. Lead employer outreach, ensuring adoption by educational institutions and skilling centers.
B. Develop region-specific strategies to enhance platform utilization.
4. Stakeholder & Project Management:
A. Act as the primary liaison for government bodies, industry councils, and key stakeholders.
B. Oversee progress tracking, reporting, and impact assessment.
Qualifications Skills and Expereince :
✔ 10-15 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate alliances.
✔ Strong track record in industry collaborations and stakeholder engagement.
✔ Proven ability to drive large-scale outreach and build strategic partnerships.
✔ Experience in skilling, employment, or government-backed initiatives is a plus.
