About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Content & Assessment Specialist to lead the creation of engaging, learner-centric educational content and assessments for our sustainability and skilling programs on Learn Certify Hub, an e-learning platform powered by Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd.
This role merges strong writing skills with assessment design expertise, ensuring each learning module is practical, interactive, and built on the principles of cognitive science to optimize memory retention and real-world application.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Writing (Education / E-Learning Focus):
- Create and refine high-quality, scenario-based MCQs aligned with learning objectives
- Write engaging and easy-to-understand module introductions and tips for learners
- Localize content to suit Indian learners across various backgrounds
- Ensure all content is grammatically sound, logically structured, and relatable
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts (SMEs)
Assessment Design / Psychometric Support:
- Design assessments based on Bloom’s Taxonomy and learner cognition levels
- Ensure balance in difficulty level and alignment with learning outcomes
- Craft high-quality distractors and provide clear feedback logic
- Review, analyse, and improve existing questions for fairness and clarity
- Recommend scoring systems and knowledge retention mechanisms
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Psychology, English, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in education content writing and/or assessment design
- Strong understanding of cognitive science principles and instructional design models
- Ability to write in clear, conversational English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
