Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated candidate to join our Business Development team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing relationships with potential clients, and supporting the overall sales and marketing strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals. Generate a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
· Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
· Sales Presentations & Proposals:
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing company products or services. Draft and submit tailored proposals to meet client requirements.
· Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals successfully. Ensure that contracts are mutually beneficial for both the company and the client.
· Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities. Analyze customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
