Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market AMC services to new and existing customers.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert prospects into long-term service clients.
Prepare and present AMC proposals and negotiate terms with clients.
Conduct site visits and interact with clients to understand their service requirements.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by coordinating with the service team for timely resolution of issues.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers to renew or upgrade AMCs.
Track and report service marketing performance, feedback, and market trends.
Build strong professional relationships with clients and maintain a database for follow-ups.
