Job Description :
- 2D drafting by using existing 3D models Creo Software
- Providing detail drawing for manufacturing parts.
- Conducting Feasibility study for RFQ parts.
- Estimating the cost of the parts and quoting reasonable price.
- Planning Raw material and creating BOM, work instructions for the drawing.
- Preparation of PFD, DFMEA & PFMEA, Control Plan , PPAP for the NPD parts.
- Involving in NPD stage from Feasibility study till dispatch of the parts.
- Preparation of ECN for drawing changes.
- Involving and monitoring shop floor activities.
- Converting step/igs files to dwg/dxf drawing.
- Co- ordinating with the customer and working to meet the delivery schedules
