About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our
international logistics team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates eager to build a successful
career in global trade, freight forwarding, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify new potential clients in the logistics and freight
forwarding industry. Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Explain company services including air & sea freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and
international logistics. Assist with quotations, proposals, and sales presentations. Maintain CRM
records, follow-up schedules, and lead databases. Coordinate with operations and documentation
teams for seamless service delivery. Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets. Skills
& Competencies Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Confident with outbound calling and
client engagement. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Positive attitude,
willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset. Basic understanding of logistics (training will be
provided).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a relevant
field. MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
