Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of electronic and mechanical assembly tasks in
a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards of
quality and efficiency in the production of PCBA and Chiller lines.

Key Responsibilities
 Perform electronic assemblies, including component identification, inspection, and PCBA inspection.
 Handle storage and handling of components, conformal coating, manual soldering, and operate
SMT/THT machines.
 Execute mechanical processes such as brazing, plumbing, and insulation on Chiller lines.
 Work under the supervision of a mentor to follow established operational work standards.
 Be accountable for maintaining and contributing to line efficiency.
 Adhere to all safety protocols and quality guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
 Education: Diploma in EEE / E&C, or ITI in Electrician / Electronics Mechanic. (Only passed
candidates)
 Age: Must be between 18 and 25 years old.
 Shift Flexibility: Must be ready and willing to work in rotational shifts.
 Punctuality: Must report to the premises on or before 8:30 AM.
 Safety: Wearing a mask on the premises is mandatory.
 Commitment: Willingness to work with the company on a long-term basis.

Contract & Benefits
 Contract Duration: 8 months (240 days) with ESIC & PF benefits.
 In-Hand Salary: ₹16,371 per month (approx.)
 CTC: ₹22,967 per month
 Transport: Deduction of ₹1,000 per month. (Female employees are provided with mandatory door-
to-door pickup and drop with a security guard).
o Male employees not availing company transport will receive an additional ₹1,000 in their
salary.
 Canteen: Deduction of ₹200 per month for unlimited breakfast, lunch, and beverages (coffee, tea,
badam milk, jeera milk).
 Attendance Bonus: ₹500 per month for a full month's attendance without any loss of pay (LOP).
 Night Shift Allowance: ₹100 per day (Applicable for male candidates).
 Leave Policy: 1.25 leaves per month. Unused leaves will be encashed at the time of Full & Final
settlement.
 Suggestion Scheme: Monetary rewards for implemented ideas and suggestions.
 Provided Gear: Company apron, safety shoes, safety goggles, and masks are provided free of cost.

Shift Timings

• First Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Second Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• General Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Shifts rotate every 15 days)
