Job Summary:

The Trainee will support the packaging team in day-to-day operations, learning the principles of packaging processes, quality control, and production workflows. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the packaging industry and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualification: 10th, 12th &  ITI (Any trade), Diploma, Any Graduate & Post Graduate

Age Limit: 18 - 25

Gender: Male

Experiance: Candidate should be fresher (No prior PF deduction or completed apprenticeship)

Stipend:

10th & 12th: Rs.14,376 Per Month (Including Rs.1500 DBT)

ITI (Any Trade):  Rs. 15,162 Per Month (Including Rs.1500 DBT)

Diploma/BSC/Bcom/BA/: Rs. 16,062 Per Month (Including Rs.1500 DBT)

BTech/MBA: Rs. 19,030 Per Month (Including Rs.1500 DBT)

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Operational Support:

• Assist in setting up and operating packaging machines and equipment under supervision.
• Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operations and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in operational process according to company standards and requirement of department.

Learning & Development:

• Learn company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating protocols (SOPs).
• Gain knowledge about various packaging materials, techniques, and technologies.
• Learn to identify defects in packaging and rectify them under supervision.
• Adhere to safety and quality control measures during the packaging process.

Maintenance Assistance:

• Help with routine cleaning and maintenance of packaging machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
