Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and timely updates.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company services based on client needs.

2. Mass Hiring:  

• Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives to support rapid business expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to source, screen, and finalize candidates efficiently.
• Develop streamlined hiring processes to improve turnaround time and candidate quality.
• Manage recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and outreach programs to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.

3. Campus Placement:

• Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and vocational institutions.
• Organize campus recruitment drives to meet entry-level talent requirements.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, or engagement sessions to promote employer branding.
• Collaborate with academic placement cells to schedule and execute hiring activities.
