Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced IT Trainer to join our team and train School Students on Advanced Excel skills. The trainer will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs to improve productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum focused on Advanced Excel techniques and tools
- Create hands-on exercises, examples, and projects to reinforce learning
- Conduct training sessions on Advanced Excel best practices
- Use various instructional methods to cater to different learning styles
- Demonstrate expertise in Advanced Excel features and functionalities
- Train participants on how to use Advanced Excel effectively and efficiently
- Develop and communicate clear guidelines and quality criteria for Advanced Excel skills
- Review participant work for accuracy and consistency
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to help them improve
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate participant knowledge and skills
- Provide feedback and support to participants to help them improve
- Gather feedback from participants on training effectiveness and content
- Use feedback to continuously improve training programs
Qualifications & Other Requirement
- B.com ,BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech in Computer Science & IT or related field
- Proven experience as an Advanced Excel trainer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to effectively train individuals with varying levels of experience
- Ability to adapt training methods to the needs of participants
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
