About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to convert raw data from our Business Book and Job Portal into meaningful insights. This role offers:

Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, categorize (bucketize), and maintain Business Book data; execute mass email campaigns to institutes and allocate leads to tele-callers for outreach.
- Extract, clean, categorize (bucketize), and maintain Job Portal database; execute mass email campaigns to candidates and allocate leads to tele-callers for outreach.
- Publish daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for Business Book outreach and Job Portal database outreach.
- Monitor mandate fulfilment performance across all zones (North, South, East, West).
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the job portal, including active jobs, applications, interviews, offers, and joining.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Email Etiquettes & Written Skills
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking
- Ability to find patterns and insights from large datasets.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
· 3–5 years of experience in data analytics.
