Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven HRMS Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of HRMS solutions. The role involves demo, requirement gathering, system configuration, client training, and post-go-live support to ensure seamless adoption and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration
- Demonstrate solution to perspective clients with features & USP
- Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements from clients
- Perform Fit-Gap analysis and identify process improvements
- Configure HRMS modules including Payroll, Leave, Attendance, ESS
- Set up workflows, user roles, permissions, and reports
- Ensure accurate data migration and system integration
Client Engagement & Support
- Act as the primary functional point of contact for clients during implementation
- Conduct customized product demos and pre-sales consultations
- Provide go-live support as single point of contact and resolve functional issues post-deployment
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve system-related challenges
Training & Documentation
- Conduct training sessions for HR teams, senior executives, and employees
- Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions
- Create user manuals, training documents, and process guides
Customer Success & Process Improvement
- Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of HRMS solutions
- Gather customer feedback to improve implementation and onboarding processes
- Build strong long-term client relationships and support customer retention
- Assist customers during trial and post-implementation phases
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRMS functionality
- Experience with SaaS-based HRMS platforms (e.g., Zoho People, HubSpot CRM)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Education
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent qualification
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in pre-sales support and client demonstrations
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Technical, Support)
- Exposure to customer success, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Comfortable working with clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
