Job Overview
The Team Leader – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading and driving end-to-end recruitment activities for both client and internal organizational requirements. This role involves managing a team of recruiters, developing effective hiring strategies, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower needs while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve defined hiring targets across multiple roles and functions.
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational and client requirements.
- Partner with clients, hiring managers, and department heads to understand current and future workforce needs.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring demands.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring quality, and recruiter productivity; prepare and share periodic MIS and performance reports.
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to enhance recruitment capability, efficiency, and performance.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job portals, and professional networks to diversify sourcing channels.
- Support employer branding initiatives and drive candidate engagement activities to strengthen the organization’s market presence.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in high-volume hiring; exposure to campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry-specific hiring trends.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
