The HR Operations Manager – IT will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for IT employees, ensuring compliance, process efficiency, and seamless employee lifecycle management. This role will closely partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business goals and maintain a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes for IT employees
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and HRMS accuracy
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes
- Partner with IT leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs
- Prepare HR MIS reports, audits, documentation, and management dashboards
- Drive HR process improvements and automation initiatives
- Support performance management cycles, appraisals, and engagement activities
- Manage vendor coordination for HR-related services when required
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- 6–10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in IT/Technology companies
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and payroll processes
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR analytics
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment and manage multiple priorities
