Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits & referrals
- Present projects and explain property benefits to clients
- Conduct meetings, show site locations & guide customers in the buying process
- Achieve monthly sales targets with consistent follow-ups
- Maintain customer relationships and post-sales support
- Coordinate with marketing & CRM teams for smooth closures
