Job Role : Civil Technician
Qualification: ITI
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: AED 1500 per month (1200+300 food ) i.e Rs 33.813/- in Indian rupees

KNOWLEDGE AND APPLIED SKILLS

 -           Technical level in Civil installation / maintenance & testing if required.

-           Expertise in handling and repair of Masonry works like plaster repair, re-waterproofing, Tile fixing, mastic application, Gypsum repair, painting etc... with ease and technique.

-           Experience in the use of appropriate tools and materials for fixing and repair of damaged and ripped portion.

-           Knowledge for Maintenance of Gypsum works, Acoustic tile fixing, and Stretch PVC works.

-           Knowledge for maintenance of carpet tiles, wall fabrics and Wall decors and paints.

-           Having knowledge for repair and replacement of floor and wall tiles.

-           Having knowledge in fixing and repair of Vinyl/ Resilient flooring and Stone flooring.

KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB

•  Execute the Preventive Maintenance procedures for any civils assets.
•  Report to the supervisor on identification of any fault at the system.
•  Gulf experience in similar operation is desirable.
•  Manage reactive tasks assigned
•  Correct and Report unsafe act/ condition when observed.
•  Report all near misses when observed.
•  Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures.
•  Any other duties as allocated by the Supervisor or Engineer
