Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and reviews.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Share weekly/monthly reports with insights on team achievements and gaps.
- Identify performance gaps and initiate corrective actions.
Process Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to defined processes and company policies.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between team members and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales, Finance, Legal, etc.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
Work Environment:
