End to end process of recruitment (IT and Non-IT)
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Identify the right platforms to post job vacancies.
Update team with trends in the job market to shape recruitment strategies.
Sourcing right profiles through effective usage of Internal Systems /
Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within desired time frame.
Screening to identify potential candidates to fit the job role and the
company culture.
Shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
Coordination of further selection process.
Salary Negotiation.
Background verification.
Maintaining Candidate database.
Vendor management to maintain minimum recruitment cost.
On boarding
Offer Letter Generation.
Appointment Letter issuance.
Induction.
New Joinee introduction to the Team.
Team player
Working closely with different departments and branches based on the
requirements.
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment
to fill urgent job openings.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
during the selection process.
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
Reports
Maintain recruitment Tracker.
Maintain Employee records.
Documentation for employee documents, agreements.
Monthly reports.
Skills
Good interpersonal skill with strong command of English and Malayalam
