Job Title: "Learning Operations Executive"
Job Type: Contractual (Project-based) / Hiring for TCS iON
Reports To: Regional Program Manager / State Lead
Package – Up to 3.5 Lacs
About the Role:
The Learning Operations executive will be responsible for end-to-end coordination, execution, and quality assurance of a blended learning program delivered through TCS iON Authorized Skill Center established in partner colleges. The program includes weekly physical classes and online sessions. The role also includes mobilization support, industry engagement, and placement coordination at the district level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit nearby colleges and institutions to promote the program and generate awareness.
- Collect enquiries, fill enquiry forms, and share data of interested students with the mobilization team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for TCS iON Authorized Skill Center operations, working closely with college staff, trainers, students, and the program team.
- Address learner grievances and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
- Share daily and weekly reports with the central team.
- Maintain detailed documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any Graduate degree
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Prior experience in field outreach, placement coordination, or student engagement is preferred.
- Proficiency in digital tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
